Ambulance Driver Medicals
Many ambulance students are required to hold a provisional C1 licence before starting their paramedic courses. We conduct ambulance driver medicals for paramedics, ambulance drivers and students all over the UK.
What will happen at the medical ?
Our doctor will confirm your identity and conduct a full medical assessment during your appointment.
Your medical will include a thorough medical history and an assessment of your physical health. The doctor will take a blood pressure reading which complies with DVLA criteria and conduct a visual acuity test using a DVLA approved Snellen chart.
What you need To bring to the medical ?
- D4 Medical Form
- Photo ID
- Your driving glasses/contact lenses & prescription
- Details of any ongoing medical conditions plus any medication you are taking



Pre-Employment
A number of employers now request for a certificate of fitness to be provided by an individual when starting a new role. Our doctors conduct
these pre-employment medicals according to strict DVLA group 2 medical standards. Please bring along any forms your employer might
require the doctor to fill.

Motorhome Driver Medical
For drivers who passed their driving tests prior to 1997 you will be required to undergo a medical from the age of 70 in order to retain your C1 entitlements for another 3 years. All other driver require a medical to obtain C1 provisional licence which allows you to train and pass the test to drive a motorhome weighing over 3.5 tonne.

Forklift Medical
Operating a forklift is a quite strenuous and FLT medicals are necessary to ensure that the forklift operator is fit to carry our their duties safely. Forklift medicals include a thorough medical assessment conducted by a GMC registered medical doctor.

Motorsport Medicals
You may require a Motorsport medical if you applying for or renewing a National race or International competition licence. You must undertake a medical if you are over 60 or have previously declared a medical condition. We conduct these medicals in our clinics all over the UK.
What will happen at the medical ?

Your medical will include a thorough medical history and an assessment of your physical health.
The doctor will take a blood pressure reading , conduct a colour perception test , a visual acuity test and a urine analysis.
For international applicants, your doctor will also review your ECG during the assessment.

Crane Operator Medical
Operating a crane is a quite strenuous and regular medicals are necessary to ensure that the crane operator is fit to carry our their duties safely. Crane operator medicals include a thorough medical assessment conducted by a GMC registered medical doctor.
